Description
Mr. McCarthy will provide a case analysis of a 2020 police shooting in Montgomery County that resulted in death. The focus will be on issues related to no-knock search warrants, body cameras, and legal principles that govern police use of force. The class will also incorporate any changes to relevant legal principles changed during our current legislative session in Maryland.
