Description
This course is for students who wish to have basic conversations about everyday topics in Spanish, either to communicate with friends, family or neighbors, or for traveling to Spanish-speaking countries. Themes include family, careers, food and shopping, as well as an introduction to culture and interesting places in the Spanish-speaking world. At the novice level, students are encouraged to use Spanish as much as possible in the classroom. If you would like to join this class but did not take Beginning Spanish 1 in the Fall 2025 term, please contact Oasis for an evaluation. (We use the workbook, Nos Vemos Hoy 1 for this class.
