Unfortunately, it seems that Bible was written by men at a time when usually women were considered a property of their fathers or husbands and not looked upon as a full equal person. Nevertheless, there are exceptions and among them are women who actually assumed leadership positions within their society. In this course will look at the stories, character and activities of such women who had leadership roles like queens, prophetesses, and others. Please be sure to have a full Bible available.
