Join us for a movement experience to let go of pain, tension, and increase your mobility! The Feldenkrais Method® uses gentle, sophisticated movement sequences with mindful awareness to bring easier movement and better function. The aim is more freedom in one’s body and life. Feldenkrais is named after its founder, Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais, a Judo master and high level physicist. After a debilitating knee injury, he taught himself how to walk again using what became known as the Feldenkrais Method®. The movements will be done sitting in your chair. Please wear comfortable clothing.
