Description
This course will cover the basics functions of an Internal Affair Division. Montgomery County State’s Attorney John McCarthy will also offer insight on how Internal Affairs Divisions (IADs) function in Maryland, and specifically in Montgomery County. Including, how investigations are handled, and other available options such as the use of community review boards in lieu of IADs.
