Description

When humor is properly used in our relationships, it has the power to connect us, build trust, and improve our lives.  Yet many are uncomfortable with this approach.  Some see it as inappropriate or as silliness with no purpose.  But this is far from the truth.  The physical and emotional benefits of humor can help us deal with any of life’s challenges, keeping us balanced, happy, and healthy. This session will engage attendees with the latest science supporting laughter and the impact it can have on our lives and the lives of those for whom we care.  And yes, there will be jokes.
