Description
Each year, the Maryland legislature deals with thousands of pieces of proposed legislation. This class will focus on the most important new laws adopted during the 2022 legislative session. Special emphasis will be given to those new legal provisions that affect criminal justice in Maryland, but Mr. McCarthy will also provide commentary on the most important non-criminal bills passed during the session as well.
