Description

A Solo Ager is a person who is living without traditional supports like a spouse/partner, adult children, or close relatives. Living life alone in later life can be challenging. But with a strong plan you can find a life full of meaning, dignity and self-respect. In this six-session in-person seminar, we will build community, learn skills, and support each other. Topics are “Lift Off and Live Healthy”, “Live Prepared”, “Live Connected”, “Living Arrangements – Now & Later”, “Live with Purpose”, and “Live with Advancements”. Weekly homework.  This program is generously supported by the Healthier Community Fund.  No class May 27.
