They can help you with these kinds of issues:
• Updating apps and operating systems
• Organizing/finding files and photos
• General operating and troubleshooting questions
• Streaming options
They are not able to help with hardware issues.
If you have additional questions after your free 30-minute consult, you can schedule a longer Tech Tutor session with your guru.
