In this three-part course, we will explore biblical texts that are often misinterpreted or more nuanced than they appear at first glance. Some passages say something quite different from common belief, while others remain deliberately ambiguous, allowing for multiple interpretations shaped by tradition. Drawing inspiration from From Gods to God by Avigdor Shinan and Yair Zakovitch (2012), this class will challenge assumptions and deepen our understanding of these fascinating texts.
