Description
With the discovery of oil, gas and many other resources and the recent shrinkage of the polar ice cap, the question of which countries have the rights to these resources has become more urgent. This talk will cover the nature of those resources, the legal issues involved and the upcoming competition among the countries bordering the Arctic Ocean.
