Would you like calm at your fingertips? Would you like to sleep better? In this experiential course, participants will learn simple, gentle movements designed to bring profound mental and physical rest. Each class will include Sounder Sleep System® movements, a brief lecture, and Q&A. Movements will be done sitting in a chair. Optional movements can be done lying down for those who wish. The Sounder Sleep System® can also be useful for anxiety management.
