It includes breathing exercises, playful, but challenging standing yoga poses that improve balance and strength, and lively music. A chair is used for cool down and closing meditation. Ultimately, the main goal is to enjoy yourself! Wear comfortable clothes that will allow movement and mild stretching and bring a yoga mat and water.  No class May 25 or June 1.
