Join us for a FREE Sunrise Yoga Demo! Sunrise Yoga is a yoga class designed to increase strength and flexibility while incorporating fitness based mindful movement through a progressive series of poses that accommodate all fitness levels. Exercises may be performed seated or standing. Wear comfortable clothing, have a mat or non-slip surface, a sturdy chair and water with you.

This course is for students who wish to have basic conversations about everyday topics in Spanish, either to communicate with friends, family or neighbors, or for traveling to Spanish-speaking countries. Themes include family, careers, food and shopping, as well as an introduction to culture and interesting places in the Spanish-speaking world.   At the novice level, students are encouraged to use Spanish as much as possible in the classroom.  If you would like to join this class but did not take Beginning Spanish 1 in the Fall 2025 term, please contact Oasis for an evaluation for the class.  (We use the workbook, Nos Vemos Hoy 1 for this class.  If you are new to the class, please contact Oasis for ordering instructions.)

Gather for a relaxing afternoon with other knitters (crocheters and embroiderers also welcome). There is no instructor or lesson, just bring your own project and work alongside fellow creators.   Great ideas are always shared in this welcoming community!   Joining this group is a commitment to your craft, a way of making a time and place for a healthy, stress-reducing hobby.  

The group is an opportunity to improve speaking confidence and meet other adults who wish to refresh their French speaking skills. We recommend that you be on at least an intermediate French speaking level. If you can speak on the telephone without too much difficulty, your French speaking ability is likely at an intermediate level. The conversation group is not a French class.
