Description
The Battles of Chancellorsville and Gettysburg during the Civil War occurred just two months apart, yet they demonstrate strikingly different views of the command and control structures of both the Union and Confederate Armies. This course will examine the changes that both armies underwent during the two months between the battles, and then describe what happened to each army and analyze why it happened.
