Description

At the instructor’s request, the date/time of this class has been changed from August 1 to August 8 at 9 am.  Cardio drumming takes a simple movement – drumming – and turns it into a full-body workout that will leave you smiling and feeling great.  You can do it seated or standing.  Cardio drumming provides cardio exercise and helps improve your motor skills and hand-eye coordination.  It’s great for people who love music.  Give it a try!
