Description
Enjoy an autumn day exploring the diverse history and architecture of Georgetown, which is older than DC itself. Our two-mile walk will include historic homes, Kennedy homes, the oldest house in DC, the C&O Canal, and the oldest family-run restaurant in DC. We’ll be viewing from the street and not entering any residences. Participants are responsible for their own transportation. Meet the guide (in the orange DC by Foot nametag and shirt) outside the Old Stone House at 3051 M St NW. The tour will end at the Georgetown Market on M Street, two blocks from where it began. It will take place rain or shine.
