Getting your end-of-life documents together can be intimidating! Dr. Eleanor Tanno, a local board certified primary care physician, will walk you through one of the key documents — the Medical Orders for Life Sustaining Treatment (MOLST) Form. The MOLST form is a two page cheat sheet for doctors to quickly know your medical preferences in the event you are too sick to speak for yourself. In this class you’ll learn about the different medical life support options and how to complete the form.
